Domestic and international shipping

Currently I ship to EU only. If you want items to be shipped outside EU, please reach out to me via info@noorasgouache.com and we'll figure it out. <3

All my products are shipped from Finland via the Finnish Posti service. Currently I am only able to offer untracked shipping option to keep the costs down for you. If you wish to have tracked shipping, email me for options!

Shipping prices

EU: Untracked Priority Letter 6,00 €
Finland: Untracked Economy Letter 5,00 €

These prices apply to all orders, regardless of weight etc.

Delivery estimates

EU: ~3-4 business days
Finland: ~4 business days

These estimates are given by the Finnish Posti service, but the items may take longer to arrive.

Returns, changes & cancellations

All my sales are final and all items are non-refundable. I do not accept order returns, cancellations or changes. However, if you have received a wrong product or there are any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me via info@noorasgouache.com and I'll sort it out as soon as possible!

Potential service interruptions

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of my control. The delivery times are only estimates given by the Finnish Posti service and orders may be delayed. I am not responsible for any delays, interruptions or lost packages/letters after they leave my local post office.

Additional fees

Please be informed that depending on the destination country, you may need to pay additional fees, taxes or custom duties on top of your order. I do not collect these additional charges nor are they included in my prices so make sure to check with your local tax and/or customs authorities if these charges apply to you.

About products

All prints are produced in the EU by a small manufacturer using Giclée printing methods with archival quality inkjet printing to ensure high level of accuracy and quality. Thanks to this method, the colors and details won't smudge and are fade resistant. The prints will keep their beauty for 200 years (yes, really!) if stored properly away from direct sunlight and high humidity.

I do my best to show and describe my products and their appearance as they are in real life in terms of color, size, texture and quality. Note that the product colors may look different on your computer/phone screen depending on your settings.

I pack the orders with the best of my ability and care to get them to you as safely as I possibly can. I use suitable and sturdy packaging materials to prevent damages that may occur out of my control during shipping and handling by the carrier.
